1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of this website and the software services provided by Cloudzzy Ltd ("Cloudzzy", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales. By using our site or services you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Cloudzzy provides operational software for trades and field-service businesses, including call-out intake, dispatch, scheduling and customer communication over SMS and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Specific features and any commercial terms are set out in a separate agreement with each customer.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including: sending unlawful, fraudulent or unsolicited messages; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems; or using the services other than as permitted by us and by any third-party platform we rely on.

4. Messaging platforms

Communications may be delivered through third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and SMS carriers. Your use of those channels is also subject to their applicable terms and policies, and you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required consent to message recipients.

5. Accounts & access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.

6. Intellectual property

Cloudzzy and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software and related materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services in accordance with these terms and any separate agreement.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Service-level commitments, where offered, are set out in the relevant customer agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
